Are these digital files or physical printed products?
They are presented as physical printed products only. This pass does not add any digital-file purchase flow.
What does “Real print photo shown” mean?
It means the page already shows a real print photo. If a page says Preview art only, the listing is still browseable, but it does not show a real print photo yet.
Will the site promise shipping dates or delivery windows?
No. The site can show estimated lead times from the catalog, but shipping and delivery details still need direct confirmation later.
Does Saved Prints stay forever?
No. Saved Prints stays only on this device for the current browser session. If the browser session is cleared, the list resets too.
What is Request a Print for?
It sends the Saved Prints list with adult buyer details, quantities, and request notes in one place, then emails a confirmation with the request ID.
How should I read collection or character naming on the site?
Collection and character naming is there to identify the design family shown on the page. Availability, presentation, or lineup details can change as the catalog is updated.
Will every product page have video?
No. Some pages may only show photos and proof notes. The site avoids promising video when no real clip exists for that print.
